WAIKIKI WA 6169
Experienced Chemistry Teacher with Dual Masters in Chemistry & Env. science
I have a very strong interest in pursuing a teaching career. With experience working at both the middle and high school levels, as well as in activities outside of the traditional classroom, I have a diverse background with much to offer, managing the difference in abilities among my students proved a difficult, but satisfying, challenge. Through my teaching experience so far, I have found the methods of facilitating rather than dictating to be a highly beneficial style of teaching. I have learned that if students construct their own learning experiences, they will not only retain information longer, but they will also become more confident in their abilities.
