Feedback: I will go through the weaknesses and strengths identified and you can ask questions at this point (I highly recommend). Action Plan: I then design lessons together on how to improve your skills and overcome your weaknesses so that you are hitting your target before your test or project. This will include homework and self-study outside of the lessons so be prepared to work hard.
