
My background is Quantity Surveying. It's a Bachelor's of Science degree. Besides working in the field practicality since I graduated in 2003 from QUT in Brisbane I have also taught as a Quantity Surveyor in Fiji, Auckland and at QUT, Brisbane. A good command of English is required to carry out my role as a lecturer and tutor successfully hence the reason for stating English as a subject to teach.

Design and technology comes into play in terms of the drawings and specification to building project's that a quantity surveyor needs to interpret when it comes to preparing a cost plan or estimate.
I learnt guitar from my mum, it's a family talent as my mum loved singing and music. So did we. I play abit of piano too and read a bit of music. The rest is raw talent and playing by ear.
