I’m Georgie, a classical violinist turned fiddle player. I love multiple genres, including Irish, Danish, gypsy, folk and anything in between.

I teach online via zoom, and I mainly teach teenagers and adults.

Through completing my Classical Performance Degree at the Adelaide Conservatorium, I have a vast range of theoretical knowledge. From understanding classical theory, to how you can integrate it into other genres such as folk and Irish, I can help you in whichever area you need.

Having performed in orchestras, quartets and solos in the classical world, but also playing in bands, and recording parts in a studio, I have a wide range of performance experience and knowledge.

I play in bands and write fiddle music for instrumental groups, as well as to accompany other instrumentalists (eg vocalists). I can also teach you how to improvise in different styles
