I have coached rugby for over 5 years at school boy level for Grosvenor Grammar School in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Last year I helped coach the medallion side (u15’s) to win the final of the subsiderary trophy for the first time in there history, making them the most successful Grosvenor medallion side and the most successful Grosvenor rugby side since they lifted the Ulster Schools Cup in 1983. I have coached many different sides throughout my time there working with a range of age groups from 11-18. I studied Applied Sports and Exercise Science while I was at Loughborough University and during my time there I acquired my RFU level 2 coaching award. I specialise in coaching backs and enjoy working on patterns of play and defensive structure. I have less experience working with forwards and less knowledge in coaching scrum and line outs but have good basic knowledge and understanding of them.
